SCOTT’s Amplifier Lens Technology was developed to specifically support human vision. Instead of simply darkening the environment, the lens optimizes the light that actually reaches our eyes.

How it works: Certain wavelengths of light that the human eye struggles to differentiate are enhanced, while others are reduced. The result is significantly improved contrast perception – without unnatural colors or rapid eye fatigue.

MADE IN AUSTRIA: GOGGLE EXPERTISE FROM MATTIGHOFEN

What many people don’t know: SCOTT goggles have been manufactured in Austria for over 50 years. At the eyewear competence center in Mattighofen, Upper Austria, a large portion of SCOTT’s premium ski goggles are produced – from the first design to final quality inspection.

 

Every Step Under One Roof

Production follows a clear commitment to quality and transparency:

  • Development and manufacturing of injection molds
  • Frame production and lens assembly
  • Comprehensive final quality checks on site

All production steps take place in Europe, with materials sourced from within the EU. Short supply routes, high standards, and maximum control are a given.

Sustainably Designed, Precisely Executed

Another strong argument for the Austrian production site: manufacturing waste is fully reintegrated into the material cycle. The result is durable products made with responsible use of resources.

 

Strict Testing for Maximum Safety

Before a SCOTT goggle leaves the factory, it undergoes extensive testing:
