Service: In-store pick-up

Have you already found the perfect outfit, your new skis or the equipment you need for your next mountain adventure in our online shop, but would still like to try on and touch the products in person? Are you also looking for the right accessory and would like us to advise you on the different products and brands? And would you like to save the delivery company the trouble of coming to you and protect the environment?

We have a solution for you: order online and pick up at the store of your choice. Of course, this service is always free of charge – there are no delivery costs. You can also return the items you have purchased directly at the store if they do not fit or do not meet your expectations.

How the in-store pick-up works

1.  Add items to your online shopping basket as usual.

2.  In the shopping basket, select delivery to a Sport Conrad store for collection.

3.  In the next step, select the desired store and the desired collection date.

4.  Choose your payment method and complete your order.

5.  When your order arrives at the store, you will be notified by phone or email.

6.  Your parcel will be ready for collection for 14 days.


You can have your order delivered to the following stores:

> store Wielenbach


> to the Sport Conrad stores on google maps
