FREE SHIPPING* FOR ALL ORDERS OVER 100€ TO GERMANY & AUSTRIA

The shipping costs for bulky items (SKI & SNOWBOARDS) and BICYCLES (shipping only to Germany and Austria) can be found in the table below. The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping basket depending on the destination country as soon as you enter your delivery address.

Note on shipping costs for bulky goods (e.g. skis, snowboards)

Important: A separate shipping fee is charged for each bulky item. Other items (e.g. shoes, clothing) do not incur additional shipping costs if they are ordered with a bulky item/bicycle.

Examples:

1x bulky item/bicycle + additional items = shipping costs for 1x bulky item

2x bulky items/bicycle + additional items = shipping costs for 2x bulky items

The shipping costs include free delivery, packaging costs and provision of customs documents. Important: The recipient (customer) is responsible for import sales taxes, commissions and customs duties levied by non-EU countries.

In the summer of 2019 we set out on the road towards becoming a more sustainable company with our WIR DENKEN UM initiative. Step by step, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint as a company and support positive environmental measures - because we want to protect the outdoors we love. One such measure concerns our shipping costs, especially for bulky goods (skis & snowboards; shipping costs according to the table). Personal responsibility plays an important role here and we would like to share this responsibility with our customers: so for environmental reasons, we no longer consider it justifiable to send bulky goods free of charge.
