X-mas 2023: all orders placed until december 24th get a prolonged deadline for returning goods until January 8th 2024.
Unused goods can be returned to Sport Conrad within 14 days (after receipt of the goods).
For returns within Germany, please use the return label you received via email.
Please note: For returns from all other countries, return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Kindly include a copy of the invoice.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase value to the account used for the original order.
Please note that for an exchange you will have to place a new order online. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense for any newly ordered items with delivery address outside of Germany.
Postage will only be reimbursed in case of incorrectly delivered or faulty goods.
• We will not accept returns, which have been sent postage free.
• Used items may not be returned.
• Please note that we must exclude return of skis which were mounted according to your specifications. More details can be found in our terms and conditions.
