This website is an online shop for the sale of goods, specifically in the leisure and sports sector. You will also find information on our blog about sports, nutrition for sports, leisure tips, and sporting events.

Our website presents goods that you can place in an electronic shopping cart, order with binding effect, and pay for online.

Our website is operated via virtual buttons and links.

Our website has a header and footer menu that you can use to access various subpages. You can access the menu at the top of our page by clicking on the button with the three horizontal lines.

You will also find a search field in the header area of our website. The link to your customer account and the virtual shopping cart is located in the header area of the website. You can order the goods you have added to the shopping cart via the shopping cart.

The header menu lists the goods we sell by category. You will also find a link to our blog there.

Our goods are each displayed on the website with one or more images. By clicking on the respective goods, you will receive further information about the essential characteristics of the goods and the available sizes. The delivery time and costs are also indicated. If available for the product, you will also find warning and safety instructions from the manufacturer. If available, you can also view product reviews from other customers for this product. By clicking on the "IN DEN WARENKORB" button, the products/services you have selected will be added to your virtual shopping cart. If necessary, you must first click on/specify the desired quantity and/or size of the product.

Our terms and conditions, imprint, and privacy policy can be found in the footer of the website. You will also find our FAQs/help pages, information on shipping costs, delivery times, returns, tax-free information, payment methods, and services.

In the footer of our website, you will also find an event overview, an overview of our stores, job offers, information on vouchers, information on the newsletter, the Conrad Magazin, the sitemap, and further information.

Electronic shopping cart
By clicking on the button “CART” or the “ADD TO CART link, you add the product (in the selected quantity and size, if applicable) to the virtual electronic shopping cart. The electronic shopping cart can be accessed at any time via the header menu under “Cart”.

When you access the shopping cart, you can view and check the products you have placed there, remove products, or, if applicable, change the order quantity.

After checking, you can complete the electronic ordering process by interacting with the corresponding buttons. To do this, click on the "GO TO CHECKOUT" button. On the next web page, enter your email address.

You can then either log in to your existing customer account, create a new customer account, or order as a guest. If you want to create a new customer account or order as a guest, you must enter your billing and delivery address in the form fields and select the payment method. By clicking on the “BUY NOW” button, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods.

You can cancel your purchase at any time or change the goods in your cart. To do this, simply click on the back button of your web browser.

If you have chosen to pay using an online payment method, you will be redirected to the payment provider's system to make your payment.

Implementation of accessibility:
As an online shop, our website is a “service in electronic commerce.” The website meets the requirements for accessibility through the following measures:
• Alternative texts for images that provide a brief description of the image and can be processed by screen readers (screen reading aids).
• Usability via mouse and keyboard
• Browser-independent page output in responsive design (adaptation to different screen sizes) so that the website can be displayed on computer monitors as well as on laptops/notebooks and smartphones.
• Spacing between characters to ensure readability
• Contrasts - avoidance of red-green contrasts

You will also find frequently asked questions (FAQs), shipping costs, delivery times, payment methods, and service information.

Further down, you will find information about stores, jobs, vouchers, our magazine, and an overview of all pages.

The shopping cart
When you click on “ADD TO CART,” you add an item to your shopping cart.

You can always open the shopping cart at the top of the website.

In the shopping cart, you can see your items. You can delete items or change the quantity.

Complete your order
When everything is correct, click on “GO TO CHECKOUT.”

Then enter your email address. You can log in, create a new customer account, or order as a guest.

Enter your address and payment method.

Click on “BUY NOW” to place your order.

Until then, you can cancel or change your order at any time by clicking “Back” in your browser.

For online payments, you will be redirected to the payment provider.

How do we ensure disability access?
