Whatever means of payment you choose, you will get a real-time confirmation via E-mail.
IMPORTANT: If you have selected "cash in advance", please do not transfer any money before receiving our billing E-mail (2-3 days) indicating invoice number of your purchase and bank details for your transaction.
Account is debited (credit card) / invoice is sent (cash in advance) when goods are ready for shippment - not before.
You will get an E-mail from UPS when goods are shipped. In this E-mail you will find a tracking number, enabling you to check the status of your order.
-Please do carefully check your freemail accounts (gmx, aol, web, gmail, hotmail etc.) for these important E-mails. These mails do frequently show up in your spam folder instead of your regular in-box. In this case you should change the spam-setting of your account to make sure not to miss any important mails.-General delivery times are approximately as follows:
- within Germany 5 working days
- within the EU 5-7 working days
- outside the EU 7-10 working days
We do our best to ship as rapid as possible. Of course delivery can be faster but also slower. In certain times like the pre-Christmas period or when we offer specials like "free shipping" delivery times can prolong. Please take this into consideration and take the above mentioned times as a rough guideline.
For customers from outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Canada, USA ...) VAT of 19 % is automatically deducted. This will be declared when you get to the "Order Summary". So you will see the VAT-cleared price before you complete your order. Please note that you will have to pay your national VAT + disbursement fee + tax charges instead later on.
For Switzerland (as of October 2012): 8% VAT + disbursement fee (2,5 % of VAT / minimum CHF 19.50)
For Norway (as of October 2012): 25% VAT + disbursement fee (3,5 % of VAT / minimum NOK 155.00)
IMPORTANT: It is Indispensible that billing address and shipping are outside the EU!
Non-EU Citizens with a shipping address within the EU can request a tax-free form with their order to realize the deduction afterwards.
