Robert is one of the two founders of the Flow Valley team. He comes from Lenggries, a small town in the Bavarian Voralps, and first sat on a bike 29 years ago, just to get in shape for windsurfing and snowboarding. Back than no one knew how much his passion for biking will grow. For him the Flow Valley means “together with friends going on adventures in the mountains in his home-mountains and around the world.” Robert has been around with his bike a lot – in USA, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Switzerland, Austria and of course on his local trails in Bavaria. But the most spectacular trip was for him Switzerland, where we rode one the longest alpine trails in Zermatt. The great mix of flow and technical trails, with the permanent scenery of the 4000er, is just daydreaming. But his biggest dream to travel to Nepal and ride the local trails is still on his “to-do” list.
