K2 Mindbender 22/23

What was considered as an exclusive “early release” three years ago developed into a breathtaking ski collection in 22/23. The K2 Mindbender collection is now fully available for you. This means that there is nothing between you and a perfect freeride and ski day, and only the first snowfalls will separate you from a successful day in deep snow. You wonder what makes the new K2 Mindbender collection so special?

What is so special about the collection?

K2 gave their ski-constructures the chance, to design a ski that absolutely fits their personal needs. K2 has always set out to make skis that are fun. A shared passion for the sport as our foundation, and working together with athletes from around the world. With the Mindbender collection, K2 is pushing freeride skiing in a whole new direction, forcing ourselves to bend our minds around new ideas, creating new perspectives. K2 calls it Psychedelic Research – because those powder days create this ecstatic state of mind, which is reflected in our products. Ti Y-Beam and Carbon Spectral Braid are the new torsion control tech solutions and the design speaks for itself. As K2 says “bend your mind around that“.

It’s all about the Powerlite Shell’s weight reduction and the walk mode when it comes to Mindbender boots. It’s the masterpiece for free-riders ‘cause the best powder can only be found where lifts don’t take you any more.  Additional 50° room of motion will get you to untouched powder with a big grin on your face. Knowing that the boot in locked walk mode provides perfect stability on the downhill, it doesn’t need much more convincing to know that you have found your new best friend. Grip Walk outsoles are a given for K2 and the design speaks for itself.
