Leki Service Center at Sport Conrad! Our branches in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Penzberg, and Wielenbach are equipped with a repair department for Leki products. You can have your Leki poles checked and repaired easily and mostly free of charge. This not only saves you money but also does something good for the environment because the longer the lifespan of a product, the more natural resources are conserved.

 

The service cart is equipped with the most important spare parts, wear parts, and components of the LEKI models as well as with special tools for replacement and repair. For example, various handles, loops, plates, tips, spare parts for adjustment systems, and other mechanical systems are sorted in the service cart.

Even the middle and lower parts of pole models currently sold on the sales floor are individually enclosed. This means that used and worn parts can be replaced or repaired directly on-site without having to send the product to LEKI. In addition, the service cart is equipped with training documents as well as service cards so that the retailer can give the end user the most essential service videos for use and care using a QR code.
