You love trail running and only really feel free in the mountains? Would you like to improve your trail running technique and explore the trails around Garmisch-Partenkirchen with like-minded women? All for free?
Then take part in our competition and win a place for you and your girlfriend at the exclusive Adidas Terrex x Leki Trailrunning Women’s Camp in cooperation with Sport Conrad in Garmisch-Partenkirchen from 21-23 July. We have four places to give away.
This is what you and your friend can expect
- Camp with Adidas Terrex athlete: Jasmin Nunige
- Overnight stay at the Hotel Garmischer Hof including meals and use of the SPA
- Exclusive event by Sport Conrad, Adidas Terrex and Leki for a total of 8 participants
- Special workshop for trail runners
- You will also receive a complete trail running outfit from Adidas Terrex and trail running poles from Leki

9.30 – 10.00 Meeting and welcome
10.00-11.30 Running and functional training
12.00 – Lunch followed by workshop
15.30 – 16.30 Technical training uphill and downhill
17.00 – 18.00 Functional and mobility training
19.00 Communal dinner
Sunday, 23rd July 2023:
From 9.00 Trail run / long run 3-4 hours
Important: Advanced running technique and good physical condition are required to participate in this camp. And of course: Women only ?
