Far too good for the bin
We do not throw away or incinerate returned or faulty goods! Quite the opposite: When we receive returned items such as clothing, equipment or footwear, we check them very carefully. We immediately put unused and faultless goods back on sale. Complained about, slightly dirty, slightly damaged goods or personal protective equipment that can no longer be sold regularly are collected for our annual staff bazaar.
Chill & Charity: Our staff bazaar
Our employee bazaar has become one of the internal highlights of our company: Once a year, we sell returned or rejected goods that are no longer approved for regular sale to our employees and their families. This gives the products a second chance. Payment is at your own discretion. Sport Conrad then doubles the proceeds and donates the entire amount to the organisation Himalaya’s Children, with whom we have had a partnership for over 20 years. Looking back at our 2024 Employee Bazaar
At the end of June, our annual Reklabazar took place at our logistics centre in Iffeldorf. For many employees, their families and friends, it is one of the highlights of the year. It is our summer party and charity event in one. This year we raised a record amount. After Sport Conrad doubled its proceeds, the donations totalled €17,000.
To give the event a nice setting, the fundraising campaign was used to celebrate a beautiful summer day with colleagues. The Würschtlmo provided everyone with grilled delicacies and drinks. An all-round successful day!
