CartConsumers, i.e. any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity, have the following right of withdrawal.
| Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://support.sport-conrad.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new?ticket_form_id=36106466260242&description=Widerrufserkl%C3%A4rung. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt containing information on the content of the notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us at Sport Conrad GmbH Am Bahnhof 4 D-82393 Iffeldorf without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. For customers in Germany: We shall bear the costs of returning the goods. For customers outside Germany: You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.The costs are estimated at no more than around € 100,00.- You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. |
Note:
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
• Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs,
• Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded,
• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been broken after delivery,
• Contracts for the supply of goods where, due to their nature, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,
• Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, where the seal has been broken after delivery,
• Contracts for the provision of services relating to accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, the carriage of goods, motor vehicle hire, the supply of food and drink, and the provision of other services in connection with leisure activities, where the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of the service,
