Why customised insoles?

How we customise your insoles
We rely on the Sidas Custom System, which enables customised insoles to be made in just a few minutes:
1. Foot analysis
We measure your feet and determine your requirements together, depending on the sport or special needs.
2. Heating the insole blanks
The insole blanks are heated to approx. 80°C so that they can be optimally moulded.
3. Negative imprint
Your feet are placed in a sand-filled Sidas vacuum cushion. This creates a customised negative imprint of your foot shape.
4. Fitting the insole
We place the heated insoles in the mould and you place your feet on them again. The insole now moulds perfectly to the shape of your foot and cools down in around six minutes.
5. fine-tuning and adjustment
Stabilising elements are added if required. Finally, the insole is customised exactly to your shoe model (e.g. ski, hiking or running shoe).

The customisation of Sidas custom insoles is possible without an appointment and is usually completed very quickly. However, in the peak season from December to February, it is better to make an appointment with us in advance. You can find the telephone numbers of the branches here!
