A well-adjusted bike is the key to a comfortable and efficient riding experience. But we often don't realise how important a professional bike adjustment is.

At Sport Conrad, we use the latest Smartfit Q4 system to make sure that every bike is perfectly customised to the rider's individual needs. We use precise measurements and analysis to make sure that the seat position, handlebar height, pedal position and other important parameters are perfectly adjusted. This means we can guarantee the best performance and comfort.

Bike fitting is the process of adjusting your bike for optimal performance. The first step is to analyse your posture. This allows us to identify any problem areas and determine the optimum seating position.
The correct saddle height is important so that you can pedal efficiently and avoid overexertion. We then adjust the saddle height so that your legs are positioned correctly and you are sitting comfortably. People with knee problems in particular benefit from precise saddle height adjustment.
The position of the pedals is important for power transmission and joint comfort. We make sure your pedals are properly aligned.
Handlebar adjustment: The correct handlebar height and position affects your aerodynamics, comfort and control. We'll make a few fine adjustments to give you optimum control.
Seat comfort olé: Another important step in the fitting process is measuring your sit bones. We use the results to find the best saddle for you. Your sit bones are the two bony structures at the bottom of your pelvis. They are basically the places where you rest when you sit. Saddle width and shape are also important factors for stability when riding.
Test ride and fine tuning: After the adjustments have been made, we will invite you for a test ride to make sure everything is set up perfectly. If necessary, we will make a few minor adjustments on site.
