NOMOI: The Sport Conrad second-hand program
Hand on heart: Are there a few treasures in your wardrobe that are in perfect condition but no longer worn? Outdoor clothes that are too small, too big or that you no longer like the design of are often collected there, but it is usually difficult to part with them. With NOMOI, your once faithful outdoor companions have the chance of a second life.
NOMOI [nomåi] (adv.), Bavarian: again, once more. Do quality outdoor clothes deserve to fall into loving hands a second time? We believe: yes! That's why we launched our NOMOI second-hand programme at the end of 2022. And with success: More than 1,000 outdoor clothing items found new, happy owners within the first year.

Due to its great success, NOMOI will move permanently into our three stores in April 2024 - with a larger selection of brands. For customers wishing to sell their used clothing through us, this means We will also accept all the brands we carry for NOMOI sales. And for anyone who wants to browse our NOMOI range, it simply means more potential new favourites at fair prices. Come in and find your match! NOMOI
If you want to sell clothes through us:
> Bring us your washed outdoor clothes without holes or stains.
> We will inspect it and agree on a fair price.
> Once sold, we will notify you and you will receive a Sport Conrad voucher for 80% of the agreed selling price. We keep 19% as a sales commission and donate 1% to charity.
> You also have the option to donate the entire 80% voucher. Ask our sales staff who the donation should go to.
> If your goods have not been sold within 3 months, we ask that you come and collect them.
> We also welcome children's outdoor clothing!

> Against the throwaway society: Buying second-hand keeps clothes out of the bin. In Germany alone, 400,000 tonnes of textile waste is generated every year, much of which ends up in landfill or is incinerated. Only a small proportion is currently recycled*.

NOMOI FAQ
Where can I take my used outdoor clothes?
Please bring the items you wish to sell to one of our stores in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Wielenbach or Penzberg. A member of staff will look at the items with you and set the price. You will receive a receipt for the goods we accept.
Do you sell NOMOI second-hand products online?
In order to be as sustainable as possible and to reduce the logistical effort, we limit the acceptance and sale of NOMOI products to our three stores in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Wielenbach and Penzberg.
How long will my NOMOI clothing be on sale?
The sales period is three months. We will inform you about sales and non-sales.
Can I buy (sell) children's clothes?
Absolutely. As children quickly outgrow their clothes, NOMOI is a great opportunity to both sell and buy high quality outdoor products at an attractive price.
What are the acceptance criteria for NOMOI?
The textiles to be sold must be brands that we carry. They must also be freshly washed and in good condition. Normal signs of wear are of course part and parcel of second-hand items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items with defects or stains. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept items that come into close contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and gloves. In the summer we are happy to accept summer items and in the winter we are happy to accept seasonal items.
Can I sell other equipment at NOMOI?
Unfortunately, at the moment we only sell clothing and hats. We do not accept items such as shoes, backpacks or other hardware.
How is the value of my NOMOI item calculated?
A Sport Conrad employee will inspect the goods with you and make you an offer based on the condition and type of the item.
What do I get for my NOMOI second-hand goods when they are sold?
Your goods have been sold? That's our pleasure! We will notify you and you will receive a Sport Conrad voucher for 80% of the agreed sale price. We keep 19 percent as sales commission and donate one percent to charity. Cash payment is not possible.
You also have the option of donating the voucher for 80% of the sale price to a charity. Just ask at the checkout in our stores. You can decide who to donate to on our donations page.
What happens if my item doesn't sell?
If your NOMOI item does not sell within the sales period, we will contact you and ask you to collect the item from us. Maybe next time it will work.
