Q: From what age is the event suitable for children?

Suitable from around age 6 if: > The child already has some hiking experience (e.g. 5–8 km with breaks), > Is motivated to be outdoors and shows an interest in nature and physical activity, > The family chooses the Leisure Route (to Seebensee) – this route is approx. 10 km long with moderate elevation gain (approx. 300 m), and manageable for children from around 1st grade. Limited suitability from around age 9–10 if: > The Adventure Route to Coburger Hütte is chosen – at 12 km, 500 m elevation gain, and about 5 hours hiking time, this route is better suited for experienced, sporty children, > The child enjoys longer hikes, including uphill sections, and is sure-footed.

> Food stop: Seebenalm (1,575 m)

🔵 Adventure Route – For Active Families & Experienced Hikers

Ehrwalder Almbahn – Seebensee – Drachensee – Coburger Hütte

> 12 km | 500 m elevation gain | approx. 4.5 – 5 hrs hiking time

> Food stop: Coburger Hütte (1,920 m)
