ATK bindings

ATK's growth has been amazing in the last years, but the quality is still the same! In their products you can find all the passion and commitment of a land which is traditionally bonded to technology and innovation.

"Bindings production is our job, ecxellence is our taget."

The headquarters and manufacturing facilities are located in Fiorano Modenese, in the heart of the famous Italian Motor Valley where innovation, engineering and high quality mechanical products are conceived, integrated, developed and exported everyday all over the world. The know-how and the passion for prime products were the origins on which Giovanni Indulti founded the company in 2007. Thanks to the experience gained from generation to generation combined to a intense teamwork, ATK has reached in a few years a prominent position in the market, standing out for its innovative solutions, high quality, precision and unique lightness of its products.

Revolution World Cup

A highlight of ATK's race series, the ATK Revolution World Cup 2021 is the binding of the international top athletes!

• further optimized, patented Mono-Link front jaws in closed construction without visible spring

• "Fast-In" locking lever, which also serves as a stop when open, super easy entry due to Easy-Entry-System

compatible with "SRA"-Harscheisenaufnahme

• "Rolling-In"-System for a softer entry into the rear jaw

• preset, fixed release values: vertical release (My) ≃9; lateral release (Mz) ≃8

• manufactured from high quality CNC-milled 7075 aircraft aluminum

• Uphill Hardness Variator

110 grams but functionality and handling are still outstanding. We’re in thin air now. Fixed release values keep things simple while the Rolling-In System lets you step in easy.

The updated ATK Trofeo Plus brings the versatility of Trofeo to a higher level, widening the range of uses to the Speed Touring category. Lightness and structural solidity combine together to offer unmatched performances, giving substance to the highest aspirations of skiers!

RT 10

The aim of the ATK RT 10 premium binding is to lead among any other under each point of view: lightness (260 g, half weight of the first possible competitor with similar features), skiing performance (Cam Release System, Elastic Response System), comfort of use (Magneto Heel Flaps, U.h.v., Easy Entry System) and a design which brings the RT 10 on the top of our jewellery collection. The main new features concern the heel part, now equipped with the Elastic Response System and a new magnetic heel raiser for even greater performance and comfort.

ATK's usual top quality combined to a different approach to the product design brings the ideal solution to all those ski tourers looking for Lightness, Comfort, reliability and completeness in one single new touring binding.

ATK Crest 91 mm tec-binding represents a turning point for the world of touring: it’s not only a matter of extreme lightweight (280 g), many other factors cover all the needs of any mountain passionate.

An astonishing structural solidity and incredible skiing performance: the toe part comes from the ATK Trofeo one, evolving in the direction of simpler lines and simplicity of use, while the heel parts derives from ATK RT 2.0 with the goal of increasing safety and precision.

ATK Crest includes a revolutionary ski-brake, incredibly light and easy to handle: available in several sizes to perfectly fit different models of skis; two positions (Uphill and Downhill) that can be simply selected by pressing a button. The ski-brake is equipped with an elastic slide on the pad in contact with the boot that keeps the lateral release value of the binding fixed.

C-Raider 12

ATK truly works unconventionally. While everywhere else “carbon” equals “light”, at ATK “carbon” means “bombproof structure” at the lowest weight. Innovation is the key ingredient.

• Materials: Alu 7075, stainless steel, POM, 30 % carbon fiber composite

• Release 5-12

• Adjustment 25 mm

• Walking modes: Flat, +27,5, +30, + 44, + 49 mm

• New “carbon” toe piece: Snow Pack Proof, wider drilling pattern

• Optional AL09 Freeride Spacer

• Heel elastic travel: 12 mm (E.R.S.)

Freeraider 14

With the Freeraider 14 pin bindings have undoubtedly reached a new era. The FR14 optimizes the balance between weight, stability and safety in a way that offers an actual alpine-like feel at ridiculous 360 grams.

FR14, being part of the new “RAIDER” family boasts the same production technologies, lightness and the new patented systems Snow Pack Proof System, stands out for an improved set of springs that brings the release range from 8 to 14 and the new FREERIDE SPACER included.

The new fully-adjustable Freeride Spacer definitely closes the gap between Free Touring and Free Ride categories and moves precision and power transmission to a racing alpine binding level. The spacer provides an incredible torsional stiffness to the boot and transfers the vertical pressure of big jumps and cliffs directly on the ski, still keeping the lateral elasticity to provide a proper lateral release.

The king of the ATK patented systems! The CAM RELEASE SYSTEM is fitted inside of the touring bindings' heels in order to drive the boot step-in and vertical release in case of fall. A special CAM profile is pressed towards the heel pins by a pre-tensioned spring: when the step-in or a fall release occur, the pins are forced to go through the CAM profile which provides a precise resistance to the pin release, depending on the release value set on the binding.

The whole ATK WORLD CUP heels “U” springs are made out of titanium. This material provides an incredible lightness but is prone to wear and tear, with possible performance and safety ratio loss. The ROLLING-IN SYSTEM is a revolution in this field. Two small HARDENED STEEL bushings (0,4 mm section) are applied to the front-end of the “U” spring, saving the titanium from wear and tear.

A spring is placed in between the base plate of the binding and the adjustment screw. When the ski bents under the effect of a compression or a jump, the heel part can slide backward with an elastic travel of 10 or 12 mm, depending on the binding.

A special design of the toe part that avoids any snow/ice/debris build-up under the hooking elements.

A multi-position selector is placed in between the front lever and the toe piece base plate. By changing the selector setting, the up-hill mode locking hardness variates by increasing the pressure on the locking mechanism.

An ingenious as simple magnet system provides the handling and stabilization of the heel flaps.
