Sport Conrad always aims to ensure that items delivered are in perfect condition. Should any product show a defect in material or workmanship directly following delivery or within the statutory two year warranty period, we will endeavor to find a quick solution. Kindly contact us via our online form for this purpose and choose “warranty” from the drop-down menu under subject and follow the instructions given. Upon receipt our warranty department will contact you to provide further details.In most cases we will first ask the customer to send photographs of the defective item, which clearly indicate the defect. We will base our initial assessment on the photographs sent.
In case of evident product or material defect, or should an initial assessment not be possible by Sport Conrad, we kindly ask you to send us the defective item so that we may forward it to the respective manufacturer.Customers living in Germany and the EU will receive an UPS electronic label for their returns. Customers living outside of the EU will be contacted by our warranty department with regards to their return shipments. The return shipping expenses will naturally be reimbursed in the event of a recognized warranty claim. Kindly send us a copy of your postal receipt via email for this purpose - carriage forward shipments where the receiver pays cannot be accepted. Kindly always send the complete item i.e. skis, shoes, boots, bindings, poles, skins etc as a pair with all components in clean condition including a copy of your invoice or a short description to the following address:

The manufacturer will thoroughly examine the items for material or product defect and, in cooperation with us, determine whether a repair, an exchange or a refund is appropriate. We will inform you as soon as this professional assessment has been completed. Every warranty request is taken seriously by both us and the manufacturers so that turn-around time can be up to 6 weeks - please keep in mind that winter is the busiest season for warranty and repair services. Products damaged through misuse, wear and tear, improper handling, improper maintenance i.e. neglect and/or incorrectly executed repairs, cannot be accepted as a warranty claim. They may, however, be professionally repaired at a nominal charge by the manufacturer or in-house by our qualified personnel, or we may make an offer of goodwill for the same or similar product.
