To guarantee optimum protection in harsh conditions, Salewa has developed and extensively tested the Puez 2.5 L Powertex Hardshell Jacket amongst the rugged mountain peaks of the Dolomites. The 2.5-layer ripstop fabric with a Powertex membrane is made from 57% recycled materials and is the ideal companion in adverse weather conditions.

With a water column rating of 10,000 mm, the material is reliably waterproof, yet remains extremely breathable even at 10,000 g/m²/24h – ensuring the jacket remains comfortable to wear even during strenuous activities.

The design is engineered for full functionality on alpine hikes and trekking tours: the fully taped seams, waterproof zips and durable water-repellent (DWR) coating provide reliable protection against moisture and rain, both on the front and on the pockets.
