Exceptionally lightweight, wind-resistant, and water-repellent — the Brenta, Salewa’s down-insulated hooded jacket. Its 80/20 down fill with a fill power of 550 cuin is so cozy that once you put it on, you won’t want to take it off.

The lightweight yet durable outer fabric, a matte-sheen nylon, is additionally treated with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish. The inner lining is made of silky-soft, down-proof taffeta. The jacket is named after the Brenta Group, also known to some as the “Brentner Dolomites.” It can be worn as a warm outer layer or under a shell jacket as an insulating mid-layer.

It also packs down compactly into your backpack. The close-fitting, integrated insulated collar offers maximum protection, and the ergonomic shoulders and sleeves with gussets ensure an optimal fit. The front zipper features a full-length wind flap, and thanks to the elastic cuffs, hem, and hood, the cold stays out and the warmth stays in.
