For optimal climate regulation at the contact surfaces, the back, shoulder, and hip straps are lined with a Swisswool wool fleece that reliably absorbs water vapor and dries quickly.

The Peak 42 S also boasts a separate safety compartment, numerous attachment options for rope, ice axe, helmet, skis, snowboard, and poles, as well as a side crampon pocket. In the spirit of sustainability, the two main outer materials are made of 100 % and 50 % recycled polyamide, making the backpack extremely robust, durable, and long-lasting.
