To guarantee optimal protection in harsh conditions, Salewa developed and extensively tested the Puez 2.5 L Powertex hardshell jacket among the rugged mountain peaks of the Dolomites. The 2.5-layer ripstop fabric with Powertex membrane is made from 57 % recycled materials and is the ideal companion in adverse weather conditions.

With a water column of 10,000 millimeters, the material is reliably waterproof but also remains extremely breathable at 10,000 g/m²/24h – so the jacket promises comfortable wear even during strenuous activities. The design and features of the jacket are designed for full functionality for alpine hikes and trekking tours: the fully welded seams, waterproof zippers, and durable water-repellent DWR coating provide reliable protection against moisture and rain on the front as well as on the pockets.

The Salewa Puez 2.5 L Powertex Hardshell Jacket is made from recycled materials and weighs just as much as two apples when stowed in your backpack.
