The Alp Trainer 35 + 3 is Salewa's technical alpine hiking backpack for two- or three-day tours. It is equipped with Salewa's new Dry Back Air carrying system, which was specially developed to keep your back dry.

The backpack's contact surface on the back is 25 % smaller than previous carrying systems, reducing body contact without compromising load control. Its built-in ventilation system with breathable materials improves air circulation on the back. This noticeably reduces the temperature between the body and the backpack by 1.6°C after just 15 minutes.

The lightweight, split shoulder straps also reduce body contact for faster moisture transport, greater comfort, improved air circulation, and freedom of movement. In addition, the Twin Compression System (TCS) allows the backpack to be compressed with a single hand movement to carry the load close to the body and prevent tripping during fast-paced activities. This also allows the volume of the backpack to be quickly and easily adjusted when carrying a lighter load.

Salewa has equipped the Alp Trainer 35 + 3 with all the features that are really necessary and left out the superfluous: it has easily accessible mesh side pockets, a rain cover, a separate bottom compartment, and attachment options for poles.
