The Ortler Metawool 60 Rev is a lightweight, reversible women's insulation jacket for demanding ski tours, with two functional wearing options designed for the contrasting requirements of ascents and descents.

At its core is the 60 g/m² METAWOOL:T insulation made from lyocell, wool and polylactide. For the ascent, the jacket is worn with the lyocell side facing the body, where it absorbs moisture and helps maintain a comfortably dry microclimate during strenuous activity. Before the descent, the jacket is simply reversed: the wool then sits next to the body and uses its temperature-regulating properties when exertion levels and outside temperatures demand a different balance. Instead of choosing between two separate insulation solutions, you can adapt the jacket's function to the respective phase of the tour in just a few moments.

The pocket configuration follows the same concept. Two front pockets are available on the ascent side, while the other wearing option provides access to a backpack-compatible chest pocket. Thanks to its low weight, the Ortler Metawool 60 Rev can also be worn as an insulating layer underneath the Ortler Gore-Tex® jacket.
