The Lofoten Gore-Tex® Pro Ski Jacket by Norrøna is the original freeride jacket in the collection, developed for big mountain riding and demanding winter conditions. Since its introduction in 2004, it has been one of the defining products in Norrøna’s freeride range and has been continuously refined over time. The durable 3-layer shell provides reliable weather protection for long days in deep snow, challenging terrain and demanding alpine environments.

Norrøna uses 70D x 160D GORE-TEX® Pro fabric because it delivers durable waterproof protection, high breathability and complete windproof performance. The 3-layer construction is designed for intensive mountain use and combines weather protection with exceptional durability for freeride skiing. The rugged outer fabric is built to withstand demanding conditions, frequent equipment contact and extended days in the snow.

The freeride-specific construction combines ventilation options, practical storage solutions and a protective storm hood for demanding mountain conditions. Articulated sleeves and an extended back panel support freedom of movement while providing additional coverage during active skiing.
