This lightweight Falketind Warm1 Active fleece jacket from Norrøna is designed for mountaineering, but its excellent breathability makes it just as suitable for other high-intensity activities such as trail running, ski touring and general outdoor sports.

Norrøna uses its lightweight Warm1 fabric for this jacket because it is very durable, dries quickly and has a good warmth-to-weight ratio. The main fabric is an airy fleece made from recycled polyester. This material offers excellent thermal properties and is lightweight at 110g/m². The second material is a lightweight, single-sided knitted grid fleece with high elasticity.

The jacket is Bluesign and GRS certified and has been treated with HeiQ fresh FFL to inhibit odours. Key features include a comfortable collar with no chafing top edge, a front zip with chin guard, a zipped chest pocket, floating pockets in the middle, a tidy finish, elastic side inserts for less volume and more stretch, gussets under the arms, elasticated cuffs with thumb loops, pre-shaped sleeves and an extended back.
