The Helium GT has a slightly wider cut, which allows for different sleeping positions and provides extra comfort. It is also impressive in terms of sustainability, as its outer and inner material is 100% recycled and it is treated with a PFC-free DWR finish. The 100% recycled Helium 20D outer material is very lightweight and highly breathable.
