The Deuter Guide 34+6 is a mountaineering backpack designed for demanding alpine objectives and technical terrain. Its Alpine back system combines an ergonomic backplate with a spring steel frame to provide stability, controlled carrying performance and effective ventilation when you're moving through the mountains with technical gear.

The Guide shows its versatility when the terrain becomes more demanding. The hip fins, back pad and lid can be removed, allowing the pack to be adapted to the tour and equipment. VariFlex hip fins follow your movements, while ActiveFit shoulder straps and load adjustment straps support a close-to-body fit.

Access is equally geared towards alpine use: in addition to the top opening, a J-shaped front zipper provides direct access to the main compartment. An internal wet-gear compartment plus lid and hip-fin pockets help keep equipment organized. This makes the Guide a functional choice for mountaineering, alpine tours and technical terrain with skis.
