The Deuter Futura Pro 30 SL is a women's-fit hiking backpack designed for longer and more demanding hikes. Its key feature is the five-stage VariClick system, which allows you to adjust the back length to suit your body.
The Aircomfort back system combines effective ventilation with a fit designed for smaller physiques. Shoulder straps anchored directly to the frame improve load transfer, while padded hip fins distribute the weight across the hips. Soft mesh extends across the entire back area for a close, well-ventilated fit.
With a 30-liter capacity, there is plenty of room for gear on longer hikes. A separate bottom compartment helps organize the contents, while the mesh front pocket and lid compartments keep smaller essentials within easy reach. A rain cover is included, and the pack is compatible with hydration systems up to 3 liters. Deuter recommends a load of 6 to 10 kg.

The women-specific nature of the SL back length is already apparent in the back length: on average, women's backs are not quite as long as those of men. The carrying system of the SL models is therefore slightly shorter than that of Deuter's standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy.
