The Deuter Futura 30 SL is a women's-fit hiking backpack for longer day hikes and multi-day trips. Its 30-liter capacity makes it a good choice for you when you want to carry a little more gear while maintaining effective back ventilation and a comfortable fit.

The Aircomfort back system allows plenty of air to circulate across the back. Pivoting ActiveFit shoulder straps and ergonomically shaped, ventilated hip fins adapt to your movements while hiking. The flexible spring steel frame stabilizes the pack, while the shorter SL fit is specifically designed for the female anatomy and smaller physiques.

For longer trips, the separate bottom compartment with a removable divider makes it easier to organize your gear. Two lid compartments, a mesh front pocket and additional storage options keep smaller items within easy reach. Deuter recommends a load of 6 to 10 kg.

SL = women-specific fit
The women-specific nature of the SL back length is already apparent in the back length: on average, women's backs are not quite as long as those of men. The carrying system of the SL models is therefore slightly shorter than that of Deuter's standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy.
