The Deuter Futura 30 SL is a women's-fit hiking backpack for longer day hikes and multi-day trips. With a 30-liter capacity, it is designed for you if you want to carry more gear while enjoying effective back ventilation and a comfortable fit.

The Aircomfort back system allows plenty of air to circulate across the back. Pivoting ActiveFit shoulder straps and ergonomically shaped hip fins adapt to your movements and distribute the weight between your shoulders and hips. The flexible spring steel frame stabilizes the load, while the shorter SL back length is designed for smaller physiques.

A separate bottom compartment makes it easier to organize your gear on longer hikes. Two lid compartments, stretch outer pockets and additional storage options provide space for items you want to keep within easy reach. Deuter recommends a load of 6 to 10 kg.

SL = women-specific fit
The women-specific nature of the SL back length is already apparent in the back length: on average, women's backs are not quite as long as those of men. The carrying system of the SL models is therefore slightly shorter than that of Deuter's standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy.
