The Deuter Futura 29 EL is an extra-long-fit hiking backpack for taller people, designed for extended day hikes and mountain tours. If you have a longer back, it gives you more space for your hiking gear together with a carrying system designed to match your proportions.

The Aircomfort back system creates space between the pack and your back, allowing plenty of air to circulate. Pivoting ActiveFit shoulder straps and ergonomically shaped hip fins adapt to your movements and distribute the weight between your shoulders and hips. A flexible spring steel frame stabilizes the load. With a back length of 48 to 62 cm, the Futura 29 EL is specifically designed for taller people.

Stretch pockets on the outside and hip fin pockets keep frequently used items within easy reach. The mesh front pocket provides additional storage, while wet clothing can be kept separately in the dedicated internal compartment. This combines practical space for your hiking gear with a fit tailored to taller users. Deuter recommends a load of 4 to 8 kg.
