The Deuter Futura 25 SL is a lightweight women's-fit hiking backpack for extended day hikes and mountain tours. It is designed for you if you want to carry a little more gear while enjoying effective back ventilation and a comfortable fit.

The Aircomfort back system creates space between the pack and your back to allow plenty of air to circulate. Pivoting ActiveFit shoulder straps and ergonomically shaped hip fins adapt to your movements and distribute the weight evenly between your shoulders and hips. The shorter SL back length is specifically designed for smaller physiques, providing a close and comfortable fit on longer days out.

Stretch pockets on the outside and hip fin pockets keep frequently used items within easy reach. Wet clothing can be stored separately in the dedicated internal compartment. This gives you practical storage for longer day hikes while keeping your hiking gear organized. Deuter recommends a load of 4 to 8 kg.

SL = women-specific fit
The women-specific nature of the SL back length is already apparent in the back length: on average, women's backs are not quite as long as those of men. The carrying system of the SL models is therefore slightly shorter than that of Deuter's standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy.
