The Deuter Aircontact Core 50 + 10 is a trekking backpack designed for multi-day trips with substantial gear and heavier loads.

The Aircontact back system combines a stabilizing aluminium Y-frame with breathable Air Spacer mesh. ActiveBalance shoulder straps move with the body, while VariFlex hip fins follow the wearer's movement when walking. Together with the ECL hip fins, this creates a close-to-body load distribution. The VariClick system offers five adjustment positions, while two anchor points for the stabilizer straps allow further adjustment to the wearer's height.

For organized packing, the pack includes a separate bottom compartment, an inner compartment for wet gear and inner and outer lid compartments. The lid can be adjusted in height or removed completely. Deuter recommends a load of 10 to 20 kg.
