The Deuter AC Lite 28 SL is a lightweight women's hiking backpack for day hikes where low weight and effective back ventilation matter. Its women-specific SL carry system combines a shorter back length with the Aircomfort back system, providing a comfortable carrying setup for your hikes.

The Aircomfort system creates a ventilation space between the mesh and your back, while the lightweight frame made from permanently elastic spring steel stabilizes and distributes the load. Ergonomically shaped, padded hip fins and the continuously adjustable sternum strap support a secure fit.

The AC Lite 28 SL also keeps your essentials well organized on the move. A dedicated smartphone pocket, stretch side pockets and internal and external lid compartments provide space for smaller gear and frequently used items. External loops allow gear and trekking poles to be attached to the pack, while a mesh helmet holder can be added separately when needed.

SL = women-specific fit
The women-specific nature of the SL back length is already apparent in the back length: on average, women's backs are not quite as long as those of men. The carrying system of the SL models is therefore slightly shorter than that of Deuter's standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy.
