The Mountain Studios Z-5 3L Hybrid Hardshell Jacket is designed for freeriding and backcountry skiing. The jacket combines the new ALP-3 material technology with 20 grams of G-LOFT insulation. The Z-5 is as light and durable as a shell but has minimal insulation, making it the perfect hybrid jacket for everyday use in the mountains.

ALP-3 technology is a hydrophilic membrane with a very high water column of 30,000 mm and a water vapor permeability of 30,000 g/m²/24 hours. The three-layer stretch fabric made of nylon and spandex with PFC-free DWR impregnation is comfortable to wear and delivers maximum performance. The padding consists of G-LOFT® evoX, a high-loft insulation with an extremely low weight of 20 g/m² in a special next-generation 3D fiber structure.

The Z-5 3L Hybrid Hardshell Jacket from The Mountain Studio has a snow skirt, ventilation zippers, a helmet-compatible hood, and plenty of pockets.
