The Mountain Studio Y-1 Gore-Tex ePE 3L is a hardshell pant for skiing and snowboarding made from a 3-layer PFAS-free Gore-Tex ePE construction. The Y-1ePE is a favorite of the Mountain Studio ambassador team due to its durability and longevity, as well as its ultimate protection from the elements.

The 3-layer Gore-Tex ePE construction is completely waterproof, totally windproof, and exceptionally breathable. Pre-shaped knees ensure that the pants move with you during all activities. A soft flannel lining provides comfort, even during intense exertion. The 150-denier fabric is extremely durable, and color-coordinated Cordura abrasion protection strips offer additional protection.

Two hand pockets and two large leg pockets provide space for all your essential mountain gear. Large ventilation zippers allow for easy airflow regulation while hiking or on warmer days. The adjustable waistband features a thin and flexible barrier of Dupont Sorona insulation for extra warmth and comfort in the lower back.
