Power Frame Construction
Made from high-performance polyurethane, the Decoy ski boot is designed for skiers seeking an authentic downhill experience. The special shell construction, featuring a sturdier Power Frame, ensures outstanding stability, responsiveness and edge control – even when used with wider, high-performance skis. Every detail is designed to deliver a direct and precise skiing experience with unrivalled control.
Multi-Standard Compatibility
Featuring GripWalk soles, this is the most versatile ski boot in the Tecnica range. Its Dual Compliance design allows for seamless use with both Zero-G skis fitted with low-tech bindings and alpine skis fitted with GripWalk bindings. The result is a ski boot that offers exceptional walking comfort, reliable support and uncompromising downhill performance – ready to adapt to any terrain.
C.A.S Shell + Liner
Tecnica’s exclusive C.A.S. (Custom Adaptive Shape) technology combines a precisely shaped anatomical shell with a liner for an optimal, customised fit. The microstructured surface facilitates customisation through heat treatment and sanding, whilst dual-density materials ensure lasting comfort and dimensional stability. The result is a ski boot that adapts to the skier’s anatomy, offering comfort, optimum heel support and lasting precision on every run
Quick Instep
An extended section made of soft plastic is fitted across the instep, making it easier to open the shell and simplifying the process of getting in and out of the boot.
Free Move
The new, ball-and-socket Free Move joints enable smooth walking, meaning less energy is required.
Dyn Certified Inserts
The Zero G’s inserts make it easier to step into any low-tech binding. The inserts are positioned as far back as possible to improve walking performance. Quick-Step-in technology makes it easier to step into pin bindings.
Power Lock Strap: The Power Lock Strap ensures optimum control and even more precise power transfer to the ski. Thanks to the hook, the Velcro strap does not need to be fully undone, which saves time.
