The Tecnica Mach1 HV 130 TD GW is a sporty, high-volume ski boot designed for wide feet. A 103 mm last, T-Drive technology and C.A.S. adjustment ensure direct power transfer, excellent control and superior comfort. 

Sporty skiers with high expectations of their own performance, yet who do not wish to compromise on optimal comfort in a ski boot, will find their solution in the Tecnica Mach1 HV 130 TD GW with its high-volume last measuring 103 mm in width and generous volume.

The  C.A.S. technology in the shell and liner also allows the boot to be perfectly adapted to the wearer’s foot. The combination of direct power transfer via T-Drive technology, together with the best possible control and comfort, is unquestionably impressive. 

For extra grip on all types of terrain, the boot features a GripWalk sole. The new design of this PVC-free boot is the result of Tecnica’s “Recycle Your Boots” project. Parts of the shell and the inner boot are made from recycled materials, and a QR code on the boot provides the recycling partner with important information on the material sourcing and recyclability of each individual component at the end of its life cycle.

Technology:

T-Drive
Drive Precision: T-Drive’s vertically integrated carbon layer connects the shaft end to the shell, thereby providing a longer lever arm compared to conventional ski boots. This enables: Faster edge transitions.
Better lateral power transfer and stability. More precise edge control. Performance Efficiency: T-Drive technology creates a more stable and effective connection between the shaft end and the shell, resulting in less deformation of the plastic in the ski boot and optimised flex. This results in less energy loss and more direct power transfer to the ski. Enhanced Comfort: The comfort of the new Mach1 is no accident. The T-Drive technology ensures a progressive flex, consistent shell shape and optimum support, regardless of the temperature. T-Drive also allows for the use of softer plastics without compromising performance.

C.A.S. inner boot
C.A.S. is a groundbreaking innovation in ski boots in terms of fit and individual customisation. The liners are anatomically shaped and guarantee optimum comfort and excellent heel support. They are moulded to the shape of the foot on the inside, whilst the outside is perfectly matched to the shell. The dual-density microcellular material is durable and easily customisable. C.A.S. inner boots are less prone to deformation and retain their fit for longer.

C.A.S. shell
C.A.S. shells are anatomically shaped to match the shape of the foot. This ensures an excellent fit right from the moment of purchase. The texture on the shell reduces surface tension and aids the heating process, making it easier to customise the shell. The shell retains its new shape for longer.

Quick Instep
An extended section made of soft plastic is fitted over the instep, making it easier to open the shell and simplifying the process of getting in and out of the boot.

Lift Lock Buckles
With the innovative Lift-Lock system, the buckles can be opened wide and raised away from the ski boot, so as not to hinder the foot when putting the boot on or taking it off.

Double Spoiler
The double spoiler allows for modular forward lean adjustment. With the full spoiler fitted, the boot’s forward lean increases by 3.5°; removing the first layer increases it by 2°. Thanks to the Velcro fastening, the height of the spoiler can also be adjusted.
