The Salewa Mountain Trainer 2 Winter GTX combines warmth, comfort and technical features for the mountains. Thanks to its aesthetic appearance, it can also be used as a winter boot for everyday use and easy hikes.

The durable 1.4 mm suede upper is equipped with a GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort membrane for waterproofness and breathability. It protects against rain, snow and mud while allowing perspiration to escape in the form of water vapour. The four-layer laminate also provides moderate thermal insulation.

The Salewa 3F System ensures flexibility, a precise fit and a protective hold. A 360° elastic cuff and stretch gaiter keep rocks out. The insulating AlpineWool® Flex Collar on the upper improves ankle mobility and insulates the ankle and heel area to promote blood circulation.

The Vibram Icetrek II sole with Arctic Grip technology of the Salewa Mountain Trainer 2 Winter GTX hiking boot offers exceptional grip and performance in difficult conditions thanks to extra wide lugs and a special winter rubber compound.
