This lightweight, extendable professional probe enables particularly precise and rapid probing. Made from high-quality carbon with a 13-millimetre diameter, it is fitted with a robust steel cable retraction system. This ensures maximum stiffness, high resistance to breakage and precise feedback. With a length of 280 centimetres, it is ideal for mountain guides, rescue organisations and experienced ski tourers.

Thanks to the slim PFA Quick-Release System 2.0, the probe can be extended directly from its sheath in seconds. To release it, simply press the system cover with your thumb. The lightweight rubberised grip provides a secure hold, even in wet, cold or icy conditions.

The visual guidance system features a high-contrast depth scale, a clear one-metre mark and coloured end segments to allow for a quick assessment of the avalanche depth. The lowest neon orange segment indicates when you are approaching the buried person, helping you to adjust your shovelling strategy accordingly.

The practical quick-release sheath enables one-handed opening and tensioning of the probe. The large probe tip also makes it easier to penetrate hard, compact layers of snow.
