The Ortovox Mountain Guide is an unlined, close-fitting and particularly robust leather glove for optimum grip in alpine terrain.

A special seam construction on the fingers avoids irritating seams and weak points in the finger area, making the leather glove even better fitting and particularly durable. The soft goatskin feels pleasant on the skin and makes the Mountain Guide particularly robust and hard-wearing. Reinforcements made of double-layered leather on the index finger, thumb and the entire palm provide additional protection against abrasion from poles, ropes or ice axes, while inserts made of elastic Merino Shied Tec on the back of the hand are extremely abrasion-resistant and provide the necessary flexibility. With a Velcro-adjustable cuff on the wrist, the gloves are also quick and easy to put on and take off.
