The 230 Competition range is manufactured using a seamless circular knitting process to ensure every area of the body is provided with the correct thickness during exertion and in cold conditions.

The base layer, featuring a ribbed structure made from 190 g/m² merino wool, gives the trousers elasticity for maximum freedom of movement. A particularly breathable mesh structure is used in areas prone to overheating, whilst 240 g/m² thick wool provides warmth in areas sensitive to the cold, such as the kidney region. This body-mapping principle ensures a close-fitting cut with maximum ventilation. The fine merino fibres, with a diameter of just 16.5 microns, feel pleasantly soft against the skin, whilst the functional trousers are also quick-drying and highly durable.
