The Lofoten Gore-Tex® Thermo60 Ski Pants by Norrøna are designed for freeriders who need additional warmth on cold winter days without sacrificing the freedom of movement and versatility of a technical ski pant. Specifically adapted to the female fit, the construction is well suited to sidecountry riding, long days in deep snow and resort skiing in demanding winter conditions.

Norrøna combines waterproof and windproof GORE-TEX® 2L ePE fabric with body-mapped Pinneco Mantle B insulation. Higher insulation levels are placed in the seat and gusset areas, while the remaining sections use lighter insulation. This targeted approach provides additional warmth where it is most beneficial in cold conditions without adding unnecessary bulk or restricting mobility.

The construction balances weather protection and comfort with functional features tailored to freeriding. Side ventilation openings allow quick temperature regulation during changing activity levels, while the brushed inner waistband enhances next-to-skin comfort. Reinforcements made from nylon and Vectran fibres in the lower leg area improve durability in high-wear zones exposed to ski edges and abrasion. The pants are also compatible with Norrøna vest, bib and powder skirt systems.
