The MeindlLite Hike GTX is a lightweight and functional hiking and trekking shoe and a perfect companion for many sporting adventures in nature.

The hand-applied rubber belt offers protection for foot and shoe. The free-running "Speedwire" of the variofix system pulls evenly tight around the heel when lacing. The grippy profile of the Meindl Multigrip G4 sole with continuous EVA soft-tread wedge + TPU heel stabilizer gives secure grip and wonderful cushioning.

The sole of the Lite Hike GTX incorporates 22 percent recycled rubber, which is a byproduct of the normal sole production process. The recycled rubber content was chosen so that the sole can still be manufactured in the usual Meindl quality for hiking and trekking shoes.
