The Taiss Guide is the softshell pant with the strongest weather protection in the Mammut collection and was developed for mountaineering and ski touring. The robust, 3-layer fabric with a membrane is completely windproof and, thanks to a PFC-free, water-repellent finish, offers reliable protection even in foul conditions.

After strenuous exertion, you can use the hip-level zippers to air out the pants. The elastic hook-and-loop waist fasteners and the leg hems with elastic gussets and zippers allow you to adjust the fit of the pants to your liking. The low weight and many other features, such as the climbing harness-compatible zippered pockets and the reinforced leg cuffs for protection against ski edges and crampons, ensure that you can spend enjoyable days in the mountains with the Mammut Taiss Guide, even when the weather is inclement.
