The Head Real Joy is a lively piste ski designed for enjoyable days on the slopes. Better Balance technology, a new sidecut and a poplar wood core ensure easy turn initiation, versatility and effortless handling.

Skiing on piste is a real joy, thanks to Head's Better Balance technology, which makes turn initiation easy. The Head Real Joy's new sidecut and strategic ramp angle adds versatility in a variety of turn shapes as well as helping women feel less fatigued on the slopes.

A poplar wood core adds responsiveness to the 75-mm-waisted ski, creating a quick-turning, fun, on-piste partner.

JOY Series
The JOY Series has set the standard for women’s custom-made skis. With geometries specifically tailored to women’s biomechanical requirements, JOY has been developed from the ground up for women who enjoy skiing.

Technology

Power Sidewall Construction
An injection-moulded synthetic core with ABS sidewalls. Thanks to graphene, this is an ultra-lightweight construction which, thanks to the sidewall wrapping, delivers a smooth longitudinal flex whilst also providing a highly responsive torsional flex.

All-Ride Rocker
A rocker technology that performs equally well on hard-packed slopes and in deep snow. The profile features a pronounced upward curve at the tip and a conventional camber in the rest of the ski. 20% rocker – 80% camber.

LYT Tech Construction
By developing a ski line based on lightweight karuba wood and graphene, we have managed to improve ski performance despite the reduction in weight. The unique weight distribution ensures that more material is used at the tip and tail of the ski, whilst the centre of the ski is thinner. The V-shape offers effortless control and greater stability.
