The Hanwag Fjäll Extreme GTX is a warm, robust, and particularly grippy winter boot for men, which has been specially developed for demanding winter trekking and snowshoe tours. With this technically sophisticated winter boot, long mountain, trekking, and snowshoe tours become a comfortable experience, even in extreme conditions.

The 5 mm deep Hanwag IceGrip tread sole offers reliable grip in deep snow and on icy paths and, thanks to integrated glass particles, ensures good traction even on smooth ice surfaces. A special overlay allows for optimal attachment of snowshoes, while robust rubber reinforcements in the toe and heel areas ensure additional protection and durability. The waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX lining keeps feet dry even in snow and wet conditions.

The removable thermal inner boot with G-LOFT®-FIT insulation keeps feet warm in extreme cold. According to tests, it keeps feet warm down to -40°C. The inner boot is made of airy spacer fabric with a heat-reflecting aluminum insulation layer, felt, fleece, and adjustable thermal foam, and can be comfortably adjusted thanks to an elastic instep and practical cord lacing. With its high-cut shaft, robust upper made of nubuck leather, suede leather and Cordura, and its resoleable construction, the Hanwag Fjäll Extreme GTX is a reliable companion for demanding winter adventures and tours in icy conditions.
