For even more comfort on long tours, the Banks Lady GTX has an approximately 1.5-millimeter-thick polyurethane foam wedge in the midsole, which enables a smoother rolling motion and noticeably better cushioning. A slightly larger forefoot area further increases walking comfort and ensures a wide range of fits. The hiking boot was developed for demanding hikes from low mountain ranges to the Alpine foothills, as well as for easy hut tours without heavy luggage.
