This boot was developed in close collaboration with extreme mountaineer and Dynafit athlete Andy Steindl. For comfort on long tours, the Dynafit Elevation WP is equipped with a comfortable, lightly insulated liner. The upper material with raised gaiter is waterproof, extremely durable and hard-wearing.

It reliably protects your feet from rocks and snow and keeps them dry even when wet. The heel of the Dynafit Elevation WP hiking boot has an insert for semi-automatic crampons. This makes them ideal for use in mixed terrain or on glaciers.

A continuous Pebax plate is used to increase stiffness and hardness. It is integrated between the inner shoe and the midsole and is raised in the heel area. This allows the crampon lever to close securely without jamming.

At the same time, the trail running-inspired midsole provides a fluid movement. This conserves energy and keeps your pace up. The extra padded tongue prevents pressure points on the instep from the crampon attachment.

The tried-and-tested Vibram Megagrip outsole shows its strengths on the trail, providing optimum grip and traction. Thanks to Litebase technology, it is around 30 per cent lighter than the previous Megagrip sole.
